ARCHITECTURE OF EXTR-A-CTION

'We replaced the red, plastic boxes - they were frankly never suitable as storage for the community kitchen - with a wooden shelf construction on plinths of earthen blocks. 

Together with a few handywomen, we sewed cushions for the stools and benches, and the shade sail for the outdoor canopy.

We used only locally harvested and salvaged materials. Without spending a euro, we managed to update the ParckFarm glass house and give it a new, fresh look.'
